Towards an Asbestos Free Australia – information session at U3A Tea Tree Gully

 AVA volunteers presented an information session to U3A members at Tea Tree Gully.Topics included the safe management of asbestos, health information and Australia's plan and current legislation to work towards Australia becoming asbestos free.

People often assume that asbestos belongs in the past and is no longer a problem.Presenting information sessions to the community is one way that AVA can spread the word about the dangers of asbestos.
